The large sea facing infinity pool and spacious patio area are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fabulous panoramic views. Sunbeds and bean bags provide style and comfort. A large, covered terrace houses the alfresco dining table and electric BBQ – great for meals outdoors as the sun goes down.
Open plan, light and spacious, the living area is a lovely place to relax and take in those sea views. Decorated in neutral tones, the space has floor to ceiling sliding doors out to the pool terrace. There’s comfortable seating, a smart TV and a dining table with chairs. The modern L-shaped fitted kitchen is to the rear of the room. It is well thought out with everything to hand.
From the shared off-road parking area behind the villa, there is a gated entrance, also shared with the neighbouring villa. From here 25 steps lead down to the rear of the villa and the front door.

Villa Kitrino is a detached property situated in the mountain hamlet of Vlahata above Lourdas Bay. The elevated setting allows wonderful views of the scenery below and out across the sea to the neighbouring island of Zante. It is a few minutes’ drive to the village of Vlahata with its bakery, mini market and charming cafe. Less than 10 minutes’ drive downhill is the popular resort of Lourdas which has a beautiful pebble and sand beach, a good selection of tavernas, bars and mini markets. It’s the perfect location to enjoy the beauty of the island with everything you need nearby.
As can be seen in the images, the infinity pool features an open edge (no gully) to one side, although there is barrier preventing access to the open and infinity edges from the pool side. Please do not sit, lean or walk on the open or infinity edges. Children should remain supervised at all times and inflatables are not permitted.
